Qualities of the Heart Marathon
January to December 2024
The Qualities of the Heart Marathon is a continuation of the Qualities of the Heart Marathon Training happening in the Facebook group “Return to the Essence of the Ultimate Lifestyle” until December 31, 2023.
Given that in 2024, the HEART will regain its letters of nobility, we will have the opportunity throughout the year to integrate the Qualities of the Heart at a much deeper level and to increasingly develop your ability to feel through the Essence of the Senses, facilitating the Marriage of the Heart.
The vibration of the Qualities of the Heart is already encoded in each of us. However, we’ve been estranged from them for such a long time that we need to remember them in order to integrate them back into our daily lives.
So, of course, until 2024, all we’ll have seen is a tiny fraction of their power as we invite them to assist us in dissolving mental archives and crystallized emotions.

As you may now know or are discovering, the Plenitude Effect is the combination of 3 Spheres and 9 Heart Qualities, creating 12 distinct vibrations.
My heart is so full of JOY for what’s to come… of course, they’ll continue to assist Humanity in freeing itself from those patterns still present. However, they’re now whispering in my ear that they’re brimming with Wonder and Joy at the prospect of playing with Humanity in a whole new way.
When we know with certainty that the 12 vibrations of the Plenitude Effect are part of our intrinsic nature, they are always present, without us needing to remember to integrate and feel them.

During each monthly call, we’ll address a Quality of the Heart or a Sphere related to the essence of the month. Each month is a cycle in itself, offering us the opportunity to deepen our experience of these vibrations.
As a result, the themes of 2023 and 2024 may appear to be the same. However, the degree of depth AND ESPECIALLY the exercises proposed will assist you in integrating the Essence of the Senses through each Heart Quality or Sphere.
What’s more, each month, we’ll be offering you exercises in the Facebook group reserved for participants of the Qualities of the Heart Marathon to help you become aware of the difference between the 5 senses used on autopilot and when they’re felt in their essence through the heart – what I call the Essence of the Senses.
We’ll have fun practicing daily awareness exercises involving Sight, Sound, Smell, Taste, and Touch, all the while connecting with the 12 vibrations: Harmony, Love, Joy, Peace; Vitality, Appreciation, Courage, Lightness; Prosperity, Compassion, Wonder and Care, who will speak to one another as they assist Humanity!
In fact, I have the immense honor of conversing with the Spheres and the Qualities of the Heart on a daily basis… and it’s just so wonderful! They become such playful and truthful characters in their sharing!
The Sphere or Quality of the Heart addressed during the call will be brought to light in the Facebook group with suggestions for simple and efficient exercises to put into practice the FEELING of the Essence of the Senses.
During these calls, we’ll assist you in harmonizing the different areas of your life AND the different situations presented to us by current events. Together, we’ll make the journey “From Heart to Head,” which will manifest itself as the Marriage of the Heart!
