Success
First of all, let’s demystify what SUCCESS is. In our society, success is directly linked to achievements, to the success of projects, to concrete manifestations.
Although this is totally true, is it possible that there are other aspects to success that are not taken into consideration in the previous enumeration?
- What if success was experienced simply by opening our eyes in the morning? By taking our first steps as soon as we get out of bed and by doing everything we do on a daily basis?
- What if success was simply about starting the day peacefully and expressing the joy of living in our plans, no matter how they turn out?
- What if success was experienced during our interactions throughout the day, with everyone we interact with? Could it be that success represents our ability to communicate harmoniously even when we disagree?
- What if success was manifested by welcoming what we consider to be “bad news” calmly instead of feeling annoyed, frustrated and impatient?
During our youth, we learned that to proclaim success, we had to work very hard to achieve our goals and that they had to be visible to everyone.
We were shown that success was represented by what we could SEE, HEAR and TOUCH in a concrete way.
We were taught that success was outside of oneself.

The Vibrational Signal of Success
Everything that exists is ENERGY. We can therefore say with certainty that EVERYTHING vibrates! Now that we have established that it is true that everything vibrates… we are entitled to ask ourselves whether everything vibrates at the same frequency, aren’t we?
And the answer is a resounding NO!
The same applies to radio frequencies. When you tune into a specific radio station, you only hear what that station is broadcasting. You cannot hear what is happening on other stations at the same time. If you want to listen to another station, you have to change the frequency or the radio station.
So far, society has shown us that success requires a lot of time and effort. This same society has taught us to focus all our attention on one goal at a time, to the detriment of other aspects of our life.
For example, we bring ALL our attention on a specific project that is supposed to bring us success AND the associated satisfaction. However, have you noticed that the feeling of satisfaction is short-lived? Once a goal is achieved, bringing with it the much sought-after success, we immediately set off again towards another project to be realized in order to feel that famous satisfaction AGAIN. In any case, we get caught up in an endless cycle of hard work to feel proud and fulfilled… however, the feeling of satisfaction is short-lived. Very quickly, we feel the same emptiness, the same need to surpass ourselves again, and we let ourselves be drawn into a cycle of perpetual performance.
As an entrepreneur or manager, it is becoming increasingly difficult to mobilize teams in order to get everyone’s commitment to doing their job well. Recently, I was asked how to ensure staff commitment. To which I replied that as long as we ask staff to commit, they feel judged and have the impression that what we are actually saying is that they are not doing their job properly or that they are incompetent. This stimulates feelings of frustration, guilt or blame, or even powerlessness. It is therefore obvious that in this state of being, the staff are not working to their full potential.
So maybe you’ve already noticed, but this kind of SUCCESS is running out of steam.
More and more people, especially young people, no longer want to follow this frantic pace of incessant pursuit. They are ready to try something else… but what? And above all, how can they achieve it? Don’t worry, I answer the question of commitment in a concrete way a little further on in the article.
We have to face the facts… success as we have always known it is disappearing, because it is rooted in the ego structure, which is one of survival. And now, society is opening up to a better quality of life and well-being beyond this type of success that brings so much heaviness, contraction and effort in its wake.
The vibrational signal of this success is fed by the mental archives of control, effort, lack, limits, expectation, impatience and judgment. It also stimulates the crystallized emotions of anger, fear, guilt, blame, helplessness, disappointment and shame.
The vast majority of actions taken are carried out on autopilot, based on these patterns of mental archives and crystallized emotions to fill the immense void that is thirsty for recognition, prestige and performance. It should be noted that even if you do not feel the emptiness as such, if you need to succeed in accomplishing projects in order to measure up to your expectations, the fact remains that this emptiness exists. The pattern of performance is connected to a bottomless pit that cannot be satisfied.
In this space, we need to see admiration in the eyes of our peers, our friends and our family members. We need to feel up to the current financial system by being recognized by bankers and business people. We need to be loved and we like to receive praise for our success.
I would like to make an important point of clarification. Stop holding on to success the way we have known it does NOT mean that SUCCESS will not come our way! On the contrary, success comes naturally… It flows smoothly and perfectly when we give it the opportunity.

Success of the Heart
As mentioned previously, many entrepreneurs are open to experiencing a new kind of success that I affectionately call “success from the heart”.
The new business paradigm that is currently emerging is the instigator of this. This new paradigm recognizes success as the result of a connection to the heart where we love to accomplish the various activities of the day, where we feel the joy of living and peace even in the midst of chaos.
We are filled with appreciation for all the moments we experience and for the presence of our colleagues and family members. We have the courage to listen to the voice of the heart… that little voice of intuition that whispers in our ear. We welcome lightness in ourselves and in the operations of the business.
We offer compassion to ourselves and others when things get tough, marvel at our ever-expanding creativity and feel a sense of care that assists us in inhabiting our space with fluidity and simplicity.
In short, SUCCESS from the Heart is experienced every day, because we recognize that the journey is as important as the destination. We recognize Life as a privilege and treat it as such!
And of course, “success of the heart” also includes productivity, efficiency and profitability! These are the side effects of FEELING the qualities of the heart instead of being the ultimate goal to be achieved at the expense of quality of life and individual and collective well-being.
Inspiring Staff is the Key
Returning to the question about staff engagement, my answer was very clear: “the key is to inspire employees to contribute to the whole” by frequently bringing back the business’s purpose AND the real people who benefit from the products or services offered. Please note that the term “collaborator” is used instead of employee.
For example, the collaborators working in the factory of a manufacturing company producing doors and windows have access to the names of the customers for whom they work each week. That they can find out if it is a single person, a couple or a family who will live in this bright house to which they contribute through their work.
By accessing this information, the contribution of the respective teams becomes much more concrete and personalized. The staff feel concerned and involved. They are not just numbers… they are a very important link in the chain of all the activities required from the quote to the installation.
And here I am just offering a simple inspiration! There are many others to which you can respond by asking yourself the following question:
How can we inspire each collaborator to contribute
actively to the cocreation of this product or service?
Another crucial point to address is the appreciation and recognition of each person’s unique contribution. Every human being is unique… so if we are unique, we cannot compare ourselves… and if we cannot compare ourselves, we cannot compete either.
APPRECIATING the uniqueness of each collaborator is a huge source of inspiration for everyone! This appreciation stimulates the inner flame, gives access to superb inspirations, increased creativity and impulses of sharing and collective contribution.
Success is the Concrete Manifestation of the Feelings of the Qualities of the Heart!

Before concluding this article, I would like to invite you to make an “assessment” of your successes to date by answering these questions:
- Are mental archives and crystallized emotions part of your experience of success?
- If so, do you want to experience another form of success, namely “success of the heart” by bringing your attention to the feeling of the qualities of the heart?
If you answered yes to these questions, I invite you to explore the various free resources available on the site and to begin exploring the power of the Qualities of the Heart.
If you answered no to the first question, that’s wonderful… you are certainly already experiencing success of the heart in your own way!
If you answered no to the second question, everything is perfect! I wish you the best!!!
Here’s to your success!
