Living our daily lives with a sense of lightness can seem utopian when we are immersed in the routine of the daily grind, in a constant quest for performance and success, or when we bring the weight of the world on our shoulders. For many, this idea seems unattainable, even illusory.
And yet, what if lightness was a choice rather than a result conditional on the disappearance of heaviness?
Lightness: A Conscious Choice
Heaviness has infiltrated almost all our activities, from sunrise to sunset. Even our pauses are often filled with worries and concerns. But is this really what life is about? Is this the lifestyle we want?
Could it be that we can accomplish our daily activities, maintain harmonious relationships, express our inspirations with vitality and welcome the expansion of our prosperity… while remaining in a state of lightness?
The answer is a vibrant YES!
Lightness is a state of consciousness, an opening up beyond our usual frames of reference. 2. Lighten up your inner dialogue
Replace “I have to” with “I choose to” and “I feel like”. This simple reconfiguration of internal language reduces pressure and makes you feel freer.

Laughter is a powerful antidote to heaviness. Watch a funny video, play with children, let yourself be surprised by the unexpected. Integrate fun activities into your daily life, whether it’s dancing, painting or playing sports in Joy mode.

4. Breathe and slow down
Take conscious pauses by breathing deeply. Give yourself moments of full presence, whether walking, enjoying a cup of tea or contemplating the sky.
5. Say YES to simplicity
Heaviness often comes from overload. Simplify your schedule, your living space and your commitments. And YES, it is ALWAYS possible to do so, even if the mind wants to make you believe otherwise. ☺
6. Let go of the need to control everything
Accepting that not everything depends on you and trusting in life allows you to loosen your grip and open yourself up to more fluidity.
