TO GOLDEN HEART WISDOM CENTER
The Golden Heart Wisdom Center – also known as the GHW Center – is a place of rejuvenation offering various services to assist you in the dissolution of past memories, patterns, and beliefs. It also assists in welcoming the return to the heart.
The Center, located in Terrebonne, is private and accessible by invitation only.
The Center offers in-person group and private assistance in a gentle, comfortable spa-like atmosphere.
The Center offers clients worldwide a virtual experience through online memberships and activities.
Cocooning Packages
Cocooning packages are a powerful combination of science and consciousness. They consist of one-on-one sessions with Sylvie and energetic treatments and/or massage therapy with Bernard.
Workshops
Group workshops enable you to welcome expansion in all spheres of your life, through specific themes such as conscious co-creation, the Cycle of Creation, relationships, finances, health, time, work, family etc.
These workshops can also be customized according to different themes to assist business leaders and their respective teams.
Retreats
Private or semi-private group retreats offer the opportunity to return to the heart of oneself through the experience of being assisted on expanding themes, including meals, energy treatments, scientific tools and moments of Cocooning at the GHW Center.
Feasts & Conversations
Feasts & Conversation are an opportunity to enjoy a delectable meal as a group at the GHW Center while exchanging ideas on various themes with the direct assistance of Sylvie and Bernard.

About us
Bioenergetics Specialist, Bio-Well Specialist, HeartMath Certified Mentor and Trainer, Sylvie Olivier, and her husband, Bernard Therien, Massage Therapy Practitioner, are assisting Humanity in the dissolution of ancient belief systems, lifestyles, crystallized emotions and mental archives to welcome the freedom of a harmonious, fluid and abundant lifestyle.
From 2015 to 2018, Sylvie and Bernard hosted several events on the Caribbean island of St. Martin for clients from various countries. Following the events of Hurricane Irma, which was closely followed by the global pandemic, they were inspired to create a Golden Heart Wisdom Center in their home in Canada, which had become quite large after their children had flown the coop.
The Golden Heart Wisdom Center officially opened in May 2021 and ever since, Sylvie and Bernard have felt privileged and honoured to welcome participants of Cocooning packages, Workshops, Retreats and Feasts & Conversations to share the wonderful energy that prevails at the Center.
About Sylvie Olivier
From an early age, Sylvie felt a deep calling to understand the invisible mechanisms that influence individuals and organizations. About Bernard Thérien
From an early age, Bernard sensed a subtle energy flowing through his hands. However, in a world where the intangible is often misunderstood, he chose to bury this sensitivity. It was only later, at Sylvie’s side, that he reconnected with this innate potential, realizing that it was a true leverage for transformation.
Today, his expertise translates into a unique approach to harmonizing internal dynamics, at both individual and organizational levels. In companies, tensions, resistance and internal conflicts hamper innovation, collaboration and overall performance.
