Did you know that\u00a0every living being plays its own symphony<\/strong>?<\/em><\/p>

That each of us vibrates at a\u00a0specific tonality<\/strong>, creating a\u00a0unique energetic signature<\/strong>, just as our fingerprints are personal to each of us?<\/p>

As transmitters and receivers of vibratory frequencies<\/strong>, we are in constant exchange with the outside world. We\u2019ve learned\u00a0to look only at the surface to communicate<\/strong>\u00a0with those around us, so we see\u00a0people\u2019s armor<\/strong>, their\u00a0habits<\/strong>, their\u00a0behaviors<\/strong>, the way they\u00a0express<\/strong>\u00a0themselves<\/strong>, their\u00a0physical bodies<\/strong>\u00a0and so on.<\/p>

However, well\u00a0hidden beneath the surface<\/strong>\u00a0lies a\u00a0magnificent jewel<\/strong>\u00a0that shines with a thousand lights, making it\u00a0our inner light<\/strong>.\u00a0This light vibrates beyond the rays usually perceptible<\/strong>\u00a0by Humanity.<\/p>

Even if we can\u2019t see or hear it, it\u00a0still vibrates<\/strong>, and we feel its effects,\u00a0consciously or unconsciously<\/strong>, greatly influencing the\u00a0quality and purity of our vibrational signal<\/strong>.<\/p>

And yes,\u00a0light<\/strong>\u00a0not only offers vibrations visible to the eye, it\u00a0also expresses sound tones<\/strong>.<\/p>

This\u00a0brilliant<\/strong>, sonorous light has been\u00a0covered by layers of protection<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0survival behaviors<\/strong>\u00a0that have created a shell preventing us from seeing and hearing it. So we forgot about it and gradually began\u00a0to empower and react to the outside world<\/strong>, resulting in a\u00a0growing cacophony<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Cacophony<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Here\u2019s a definition of cacophony that combines content found in several online resources. I\u2019ve created a sentence that brings together the main elements.<\/p>

\u201cUnpleasant effect to the ear produced by instruments playing, voices singing off-key, without harmony creating a deafening mixture of dissonant sounds.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>

When\u00a0our vibrational signal is distorted<\/strong>\u00a0by\u00a0beliefs<\/strong>, unconscious\u00a0habits<\/strong>,\u00a0emotions<\/strong>\u00a0that run in a loop and cultural and family\u00a0programming<\/strong>, this\u00a0inner music fades<\/strong>\u00a0until we can no longer hear it. We emit a\u00a0vibratory cacophony<\/strong>\u00a0that manifests even more\u00a0dissonance<\/strong>,\u00a0disharmony<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0distortion<\/strong>\u00a0in all areas of our lives. And because we\u2019ve never learned that\u00a0we co-create our experiences<\/strong>\u00a0from our vibrational signal,\u00a0we feel victimized<\/strong>\u00a0by Life and the Universe.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

From Cacophony to Symphony<\/strong><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The first step is\u00a0to become aware of this distortion<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0make the choice to modify our vibrational signal<\/strong>, in order\u00a0to harmonize our tone<\/strong>\u00a0and thus be able to\u00a0move from cacophony to symphony<\/strong>.<\/p>

By doing so, our\u00a0experiences<\/strong>\u00a0will become\u00a0increasingly pleasant<\/strong>,\u00a0fluid<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0prosperous<\/strong>.<\/p>

To help you see more clearly and make a different choice,\u00a0here\u2019s a first exercise<\/strong>\u00a0to become aware of the cacophony vibrating within you.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Take a 15-minute<\/strong>, uninterrupted PAUSE in a calm, technology-free environment.<\/li>
  • Take\u00a03 deep breaths<\/strong>, expanding your belly.<\/li>
  • Feel your feet<\/strong>\u00a0on the ground.<\/li>
  • Move your hands<\/strong>, clenching your fists slightly.<\/li>
  • Feel or hear your\u00a0heartbeat<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • What\u2019s going on\u00a0in your head<\/strong>?<\/li>
  • Are thoughts\u00a0circulating incessantly<\/strong>?<\/li>
  • Do you feel your\u00a0forehead and temples<\/strong>\u00a0contracting?<\/li>
  • What\u2019s going on in your\u00a0shoulders<\/strong>?<\/li>
  • Are they\u00a0tense<\/strong>?<\/li>
  • What\u2019s going on in your\u00a0chest<\/strong>?<\/li>
  • Do you feel\u00a0oppressed<\/strong>?<\/li>
  • Take 3 more deep breaths<\/strong>, placing one hand on your heart and one hand on your navel.<\/li><\/ul>

    If you\u00a0answered yes<\/strong>\u00a0to any of the above questions, your\u00a0vibrational signal is cacophonous<\/strong>.\u00a0\"\u263a\"<\/p>

    You now have access to a\u00a0short awareness exercise<\/strong>\u00a0to feel the inner cacophony. This cacophony is\u00a0active in a sneaky way<\/strong>\u00a0and rules your life, unbeknownst to you.<\/p>

    Without realizing it,\u00a0you manifest more difficulty<\/strong>,\u00a0struggle<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0obstacles<\/strong>\u00a0in all areas of your life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    The gap between CACOPHONY and SYMPHONY<\/strong><\/span>
    is dissolved by a single CHOICE!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Indeed, all it takes is\u00a0one clear, conscious and aligned CHOICE<\/strong>\u00a0to move out of vibratory cacophony and into\u00a0vibratory symphony<\/strong>.<\/p>

    When we make\u00a0a conscious choice<\/strong>,\u00a0something inside us clicks<\/strong>, and all at once, the beliefs and habits that kept us prisoners of a well-defined pattern dissolve.\u00a0And we are FREE!<\/strong><\/p>

    Free to choose new avenues<\/strong>\u00a0that resonate much more with who we are deep down\u2026\u00a0that resonate with our bright<\/strong>,\u00a0sonorous light<\/strong>\u2026 with our inner music.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Symphony<\/strong><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    According to the Larousse dictionary, the term \u201csymphony\u201d is defined as follows: \u201cA harmonious ensemble of things that go perfectly together: A symphony of colors.<\/strong>\u201c<\/p>

    And I would also add a\u00a0harmonious ensemble of tonalities<\/strong>, i.e.\u00a0sounds<\/strong>,\u00a0words<\/strong>,\u00a0speech<\/strong>.<\/p>

    But\u00a0the most important symphony<\/strong>\u00a0is the one\u00a0played by our heart<\/strong>. When we let\u00a0this symphony emanate<\/strong>, without hindrance or distortion, we are\u00a0in harmony with our intrinsic nature<\/strong>. We are directly\u00a0aligned with our Unique Symphony<\/strong>, which is of\u00a0absolute purity<\/strong>.\u00a0Abundance as our Birthrigh<\/strong>t is the concrete manifestation of this.<\/p>

    The\u00a0Music Within<\/strong>\u00a0is our\u00a0greatest wealth<\/strong>, because this form of\u00a0wealth comes from within<\/strong>\u00a0each of us and\u00a0cannot be altered by the outside world<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 unless we give it the power to do so.<\/p>

    This wealth draws its\u00a0energy directly from the source<\/strong>, which is our heart, and this nourishment created by the\u00a0high vibrational frequencies of the Qualities of the Heart<\/strong>, feeds our\u00a0physical cells<\/strong>, our state of being and pours out onto the outside world that\u00a0resonates with these vibrations<\/strong>.<\/p>

    \u201cIf there were only one goal to achieve, it would be to radiate and resonate the purity of our Unique Symphony.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>

    To initiate your journey towards\u00a0alignment with your Unique Symphony<\/strong>, I propose a\u00a0simple and effective exercise<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Inhale<\/strong>\u00a0slowly through your nose to your belly, in 6 counts.<\/li>
    • Hold<\/strong>\u00a0your breath in 6 counts.<\/li>
    • Exhale<\/strong>\u00a0through the mouth in 1 count, like blowing out candles.<\/li>
    • Repeat<\/strong>\u00a05 times.<\/li>
    • Let your body\u00a0relax<\/strong>.<\/li>
    • Realize that\u00a0life is a privilege<\/strong>.<\/li>
    • Invite 3 Qualities of the Heart<\/strong>\u00a0listed below and feel them.<\/li>
    • Appreciate<\/strong>\u00a0every moment of your life.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
