In many parts of the world, we have the\u00a0impression of being free to live our own way<\/strong>. And while this may be true in many cases, the fact remains that\u00a0True Freedom is found when we are freed from the beliefs, judgments<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0limitations<\/strong>\u00a0that form\u00a0mental archives<\/strong>, as well as the\u00a0crystallized emotions<\/strong>\u00a0that resurface as soon as they are stimulated by a situation or a person. In other words, when\u00a0someone or some circumstance pushes the \u201cright button\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and succeeds in making us feel out of sorts, afraid or angry,\u00a0we\u2019re not free<\/strong>!<\/p>

  • Are you in the grip of\u00a0fear of other people\u2019s judgment<\/strong>?<\/li>
  • Are you in the\u00a0grip of self-judgment<\/strong>?<\/li><\/ul>

    If you answered yes<\/strong>\u00a0to any of these questions,\u00a0you\u2019re not free<\/strong>! You\u2019re a prisoner of the beliefs, habits, programming and emotions buried inside you.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Even before we saw the light of day, we knew we\u2019d be\u00a0born into a competitive world of duality and comparisons<\/strong>. As soon as we entered the world,\u00a0comparisons<\/strong>\u00a0began to flood in about our\u00a0weight<\/strong>, our\u00a0size<\/strong>, our\u00a0beauty<\/strong>, our\u00a0wit<\/strong>\u2026 and then the train of comparisons continued to run our lives.<\/p>

    As we grew up,\u00a0we were told<\/strong>\u00a0that\u00a0we weren\u2019t good enough<\/strong>, or that we should always be at our best. By living in this state of duality, we got\u00a0stuck either trying to prove<\/strong>\u00a0we were good, or striving to be the best.\u00a0This conflict created tension and disharmony<\/strong>\u00a0in our bodies. Slowly but surely, we\u00a0learned to identify ourselves with the ego structure<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Little by little, these beliefs formed the\u00a0mental archives<\/strong>\u00a0located at the base of the skull. These mental archives\u00a0filter the reality<\/strong>\u00a0in which we live. This is\u00a0one of the greatest sources of conflict<\/strong>\u00a0and disagreement, as\u00a0two people who have experienced the same situation will not have interpreted it in the same way<\/strong>. The distortion created by mental archives gives the impression of having experienced two different situations. These mental archives are\u00a0directly linked to the ego<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Whether with family, friends or colleagues,\u00a0it\u2019s often the case that each person remains firmly entrenched in his or her own mental archive<\/strong>, without being open to recognizing the other\u2019s perceptions. And so\u00a0begins a slight misunderstanding that grows into a conflict<\/strong>, and finally ends in the energy of war between the two parties.<\/p>

    The ego is sneaky<\/strong>, lurking beneath the surface and\u00a0dictating our reactions<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0behaviors<\/strong>. It\u2019s a survival structure and makes us act in a certain way, deemed necessary to\u00a0obtain love, approval<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0success<\/strong>. It is the very source of our\u00a0desire to perform<\/strong>.<\/p>

    When we realize that no one is right or wrong<\/strong>, because everyone has their own perceptions according to the mental archives programmed in our mother\u2019s womb,\u00a0we begin to open up to freeing ourselves from judgment<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Freeing ourselves from beliefs and judgments<\/strong>\u00a0forged in the ego\u00a0is the greatest gift<\/strong>\u00a0we can\u00a0give ourselves<\/strong>! By freeing beliefs, we also free the crystallized emotions that are stimulated by mental archives.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    What are crystallized emotions?<\/strong><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    All\u00a0so-called \u201cnegative\u201d emotions<\/strong>\u00a0are not well perceived in society<\/strong>, so we\u2019ve learned to keep them quiet in order to\u00a0shape our behavior<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0meet society\u2019s standards<\/strong>, resulting in\u00a0the crystallization of emotions in the nervous and glandular systems<\/strong>.<\/p>

    How many times have you wanted to\u00a0express yourself simply<\/strong>, but were unable to do so? How many times have people\u00a0silenced you<\/strong>\u00a0or tried to\u00a0force you<\/strong>\u00a0to act in a certain way? And then\u00a0the crystallization of emotion continued<\/strong>.<\/p>

    When\u00a0an emotion has been repressed for a long time<\/strong>\u00a0inside you, it\u2019s only natural that it\u00a0should resurface<\/strong>\u00a0at some point \u2013\u00a0the Universe sends you instruments<\/strong>, such as certain\u00a0people<\/strong>\u00a0around you or certain\u00a0situations<\/strong>\u00a0that will press your buttons and allow you to dissolve the emotions crystallized inside you. By\u00a0freeing yourself from this emotional overload<\/strong>, the\u00a0magnetic bonds<\/strong>\u00a0created around your experiences\u00a0will dissolve<\/strong>, creating\u00a0greater fluidity<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0harmony<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    From our earliest childhood,\u00a0we have learned certain patterns<\/strong>,\u00a0belief systems<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0behaviors<\/strong>. Most of these are defense mechanisms put in place to survive and\u00a0be loved<\/strong>. For every experience we\u2019ve had,\u00a0our mind has interpreted<\/strong>\u00a0it,\u00a0categorized<\/strong>\u00a0it as\u00a0either positive<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0negative<\/strong>, and reacted to it in the form of an emotion.\u00a0This emotion<\/strong>\u00a0and our interpretation then\u00a0crystallize in our body<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Know that\u00a0it is entirely possible to literally dissolve<\/strong>\u00a0the\u00a0disharmony<\/strong>\u00a0created by crystallized emotions, to vibrate with\u00a0optimal health<\/strong>\u00a0and experience\u00a0love<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0success<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • By\u00a0not judging the emotion<\/strong>\u00a0as positive or negative, you will simply experience it as AN experience.<\/li>
