Since\u00a0Plenitude<\/strong>\u00a0is made up of\u00a09 distinct Qualities of the Heart<\/strong>, including\u00a0Love<\/strong>, it fills us from within and\u00a0metamorphoses our reality<\/strong>! If I could convey to you all the beauty of what I see as I write these words, I would be so honored and filled with joy!<\/p>

I\u2019m talking more and more about\u00a012 vibrations<\/strong>, including the\u00a09 Qualities of the Heart<\/strong>. However, it\u2019s also important not to forget the\u00a03 magnificent Spheres of the Heart<\/strong>, which each embrace\u00a03 Qualities of the Heart<\/strong>\u00a0and together form the\u00a0Plenitude Effect<\/strong>.<\/p>

We know\u2026 yes, we know deeply that\u00a0when enough people will live in Plenitude, the whole planet will benefit<\/strong>. Whether as an individual, a business or a society,\u00a0when the absence or lack of Love is remedied from within<\/strong>, real harmony will be possible between everyone\u2026 couples, families, friends, colleagues, leaders, to include the whole of Humanity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

An Invitation to FEEL the Quality of the Heart: LOVE!<\/strong><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

You may have noticed that when we speak of Love, we very often mean\u00a0Pure Love<\/strong>. We\u2019re referring to the\u00a0PURITY of this Love<\/strong>, of course, but also to its complete freedom to be, as there are no conditions attached to it.<\/p>

In fact, this Love IS the source of ALL that exists!<\/strong><\/p>

Our entire\u00a0body<\/strong>\u00a0is\u00a0made up of Love particles<\/strong>.\u00a0Quantum physics<\/strong>\u00a0has shown that when we look deep inside an\u00a0atom<\/strong>, we find\u00a0quanta<\/strong>, which are\u00a0units of light<\/strong>. These units of light are composed of LOVE! Pure Love is the fabric from which we are woven!<\/p>

What else can we say about\u00a0Pure Love<\/strong>\u00a0other than to share that it is\u00a0that spark of life<\/strong>\u00a0that gives birth to everything\u2026 Everything\u2026 EVERYTHING!!!! So vast and so intimate at the same time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Pure Love versus Polarized Love<\/strong><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

When talking about Love, it\u2019s essential to\u00a0differentiate Pure Love from Polarized Love<\/strong>, which often manifests itself in the form of conditions and expectations.\u00a0Polarized Love<\/strong>\u00a0can include emotions such as\u00a0jealousy<\/strong>,\u00a0fear<\/strong>\u00a0of\u00a0being judged<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0rejected<\/strong>, and a\u00a0dependence on external validation<\/strong>.<\/p>

In love life, for example, Polarized Love can appear in the\u00a0form of expectations<\/strong>: \u201cIf you love me, you should do this or that\u201d. In friendly or professional relationships, it can manifest itself in\u00a0behavior aimed at pleasing or avoiding conflict<\/strong>, often to the detriment of one\u2019s own authenticity.<\/p>

Pure Love<\/strong>, on the other hand,\u00a0is free of judgment and condition<\/strong>. It is an uninterrupted flow of acceptance and recognition, a mirror of the wholeness already present in each of us. When\u00a0we connect with this Love,<\/strong>\u00a0we transcend the fears<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0limits<\/strong>\u00a0imposed by polarized Love.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Relationship with Self: The Essence of Pure Love<\/strong><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Let\u2019s talk about relationships now!\u00a0Relationship with yourself is MOST important!<\/strong>\u00a0Welcoming and connecting to the Pure Love within you<\/strong>\u00a0is not at all the same as learning to love yourself or to give you love.<\/p>

By learning to\u00a0love yourself<\/strong>\u00a0or to\u00a0give yourself love<\/strong>, you\u2019ll only be\u00a0going round<\/strong>\u00a0and round in a\u00a0never-ending quest<\/strong>\u00a0for sources of love external to you. And when these external sources cease to exist and nourish you,\u00a0you\u2019ll return to the same quest<\/strong>\u00a0in a never-ending circle.<\/p>

Whereas by\u00a0welcoming the Pure Love that resides within you<\/strong>, you connect to the source of who you are\u2026 which is the most\u00a0powerful<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0quickest<\/strong>\u00a0way to\u00a0feel the Plenitude<\/strong>\u00a0within YOU!!!!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For some, it will be\u00a0warmth<\/strong>, for others a\u00a0tingling sensation<\/strong>,\u00a0solidity<\/strong>,\u00a0peace<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0champagne bubbles<\/strong>! Whatever it is, we\u2019re all unique, and we all experience it in our\u00a0own unique way<\/strong>!<\/p>

By living this\u00a0experience<\/strong>, we contribute not only to\u00a0our own well-being<\/strong>, but to\u00a0that of all humanity<\/strong>.<\/p>
