\u201cChaos Always Precedes Expansion\u201d<\/strong> is a quote I use a lot! Whether it’s the biology<\/strong> of our bodies, our financial portfolio<\/strong> or our relationships<\/strong>, chaos represents movement, from the most subtle to the most grandiose.<\/p>

As a society, we’ve been programmed to interpret chaos as negative<\/strong>, dangerous and even devastating. But what if it were otherwise?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
What if chaos represented an opening to renewal, innovation, harmony, beauty and expansion?<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Every inhalation carries oxygen to the lungs… it’s a movement, and this movement creates a domino effect of our bodily functions. The same applies to exhalation, the ingestion of food and drink. These functions can be interpreted as chaotic. Just as a tsunami, a fire or a robbery are all forms of chaos, creating renewal and requiring us to reposition ourselves differently.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What if chaos were an INVITATION from the Universe to become aware of the current state of our lives, to make other, more harmonious choices and to position ourselves with certainty and solidity?<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In many ancient philosophies and belief systems, the idea that chaos precedes expansion finds echoes in a lot of aspects of our observable world, from the birth of stars to the evolution of human societies<\/strong>. This notion underlines the cyclical nature of creation and suggests that disorder and disruption are often necessary precursors to growth and innovation.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Calibration<\/strong><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In physics and biology, the concept of chaos preceding expansion is very present. At Golden Heart Wisdom, we call this calibration.<\/strong> In dynamic systems such as physics and biology, chaos is a transitory state before the system reaches a new state of order or stability. <\/strong><\/p>

For example, in the Big Bang theory, the universe would have begun in a state of extreme chaos before expanding and structuring to form the galaxies, stars and planets we know today.<\/p>

The same applies to the physical body, which is in constant natural motion. It is in a state of quasi-permanent calibration. This calibration can be experienced in terms of physical pain, insomnia, more frequent urination and bowel movements, a constant desire to sleep, and so on.<\/strong><\/p>

When we begin the process of dissolving mental archives and crystallized emotions, they can become mental and emotional toxins to be released. This may involve either mental or emotional calibration, or both.<\/p>

If calibration occurs at the mental level,<\/strong> there’s a lot of questioning, mood swings or resistance to change. For others, the calibration may be more emotional<\/strong>, leading to outbursts of anger or tears, feelings of guilt or blame, and so on.<\/p>

This type of calibration may seem negative. In fact, the opposite is true, with a deeper and deeper cleansing<\/strong> that creates a new space for much more enriching, harmonious and pleasant experiences!<\/strong><\/p>

In some cases, the calibration takes place without effects or sensations of discomfort.<\/strong> We’re all unique, so we all have our own way of calibrating. In the field of human creativity, chaos is often considered an essential part of the creative process.<\/strong> Periods of disorder or confusion can be followed by moments of inspiration and innovation, when new ideas and forms emerge from mental chaos. Many artists, writers, entrepreneurs and philosophers have emphasized the importance of going through chaotic periods to reach new heights of creativity.<\/strong><\/p>

That said, the intensity of chaos can be minimal…<\/strong> and manifest itself through a stranger’s smile, as I’ve experienced in the past.<\/p>

At a crucial moment in my life, when my daughter was between life and death, a stranger’s smile changed everything. I felt hopeless and helpless AND the SINGLE SMILE of a stranger had a major impact on how I felt. <\/strong><\/p>

Suddenly, I felt a gentle breeze flowing through me, I stood up and felt a great rush of Love<\/strong>, Joy <\/strong>and Appreciation<\/strong>!<\/p>

The circumstances were the same… however, my state of being was totally altered.<\/strong> And I know in my heart that what I felt greatly influenced what happened next. My daughter is now a beautiful young woman full of Vitality, mother of a super handsome boy.<\/p>

In this example, there was first chao<\/strong>s when I heard the news that my daughter only had 6 to 7 hours to live… and second chaos<\/strong> when I received the smile of a stranger filled with Care.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cocreation<\/strong><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The same applies to all forms of cocreation, whether it’s a writing project<\/strong>, starting or expanding a business<\/strong>, preparing for a wedding, the arrival of a child, building a house<\/strong> or even planting a vegetable garden.<\/strong><\/p>

COCREATION requires the energy of chaos to initiate the preparation,<\/strong> design and dissemination of any project.<\/p>

When we realize how powerful we are as humans, we begin to realize the importance of knowing our vibrational signal. Getting back to chaos, it’s an integral part of nature’s natural movements. Many natural phenomena appear chaotic at first glance, but they actually follow ordered patterns and processes.<\/p>

For example:<\/p>

  • Breathing: <\/strong>Although breathing is a regular and vital process, it also has chaotic aspects. Fluctuations in the breathing rhythm may appear disorderly, but they are in fact regulated by complex mechanisms within the body.<\/li>
  • Cellular functions:<\/strong> At the cellular level, many processes appear chaotic, but are in fact carefully regulated by intracellular exchanges.<\/li>
  • The wind breeze : <\/strong>The breeze may seem to blow randomly, but it is influenced by factors such as atmospheric pressure, temperature and local topography, creating predictable patterns.
    <\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

    These examples show that chaos can be an inherent feature of the natural processes of the Cycle of Creation, but that these processes are often regulated by mechanisms that give them a degree of order and predictability.Thus, chaos can be seen as a natural and even necessary aspect of nature’s functioning,<\/strong> contributing to its diversity and complexity.<\/p>

    Chaos… from the infinitely small to the infinitely large.

    In conclusion, as \u201cchaos always precedes expansion\u201d is a profound observation about the nature of creation and change,<\/strong> we can now make the conscious choice to make peace with it. It’s an integral part of our lives, so we might as well simply embrace it!<\/p>

    Chaos being a topic discussed as much in mythological stories, dynamic systems, cocreation or human creativity, it seems to be an inevitable and sometimes necessary element to catalyze growth and expansion.<\/strong> Rather than fearing chaos, we could see it as a potential partner in our own process of expansion and development.<\/strong><\/p>
